  1. Hi Jeff,
Thanks for sharing. It's kinda nice (actually rare!) to see what people have done - in a concrete sort of way. Seems like you've had a productive year in the conflict resolution field - congratulations. All the best in 2010. Ben.

  2. Thanks Ben,

I actually put it together recently when a client asked what have I done recently. I didn't remember everything, so when I got back home, I decided to write it down so in future situations I could be better prepared.
Then, I thought, "Hey, why not put it on my site so people can see it before having to ask!"
    Thanks again,

  3. Gday Jeff
Thanks for your very informative and entertaining talk on your mediation practice at Southern Cross University on the Gold Coast last weekend. We really enjoyed it!! It was very valuable to us all to learn through your experiences and expertise and what a wonderful resource your website is!!! A credit to you!!1 Oh well... back to the beach and sunshine...
many thanks again until next time. Speaking of which perhaps you would like to do another session over the net for me in the next mediation unit which builds on the last you did..
    Kind Regards
    Lisa Frisken, Coach
